As a Platform Product Manager at ZaiNar, you will own the infrastructure that powers our real-time 3D positioning technology—from how we receive radio signals used to determine device locations, to the data pipelines that deliver location data where it needs to go. This includes managing how ZaiNar collects signals via our own hardware, 5G networks, or Wi-Fi networks; overseeing the systems that process those signals; and ensuring that location data is delivered reliably to internal software applications or external partners via API. In this highly cross-functional role, you will work closely with engineering, customers, and integration partners to ensure ZaiNar's platform is scalable, high-performing, and adaptable across industries.
- Define, execute, and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform infrastructure powering ZaiNar's real-time 3D positioning technology.
- Set requirements for end-to-end data flow: from radio signal acquisition (via ZaiNar hardware, 5G networks, or Wi-Fi infrastructure) through signal processing to delivery via internal applications or external APIs.
- Set requirements for internal APIs and backend systems that process raw signal data into real-time, high-precision location outputs.
- Develop, scale, and maintain external APIs that allow customers and partners to seamlessly integrate ZaiNar's real-time positioning data into their platforms.
- Lead and drive integrations with system integrators, 5G radio access networks (RAN), Wi-Fi vendors, and other partners.
- Define and prioritize hardware and firmware product requirements in collaboration with engineering, ensuring a balance between technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and business objectives.
- Set requirements for best practices for security, data governance, and platform reliability, working with technical stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and market research to identify technological opportunities and maintain ZaiNar's competitive edge.
- Ensure platform scalability, adaptability, and flexibility to support diverse industries, customer needs, and deployment models.
- Lead discovery sessions with customers and partners to identify integration requirements, prioritize features, and shape product roadmap decisions.
- Define, measure, and iterate on system-level KPIs, monitoring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Support and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to streamline customer onboarding, integration planning, and technical enablement.
- Communicate platform updates, architectural changes, and roadmap priorities clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at ZaiNar, you will play a critical role in building, monitoring, and scaling our cloud infrastructure for SaaS deployments. You will design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, implement automated quality gates, and ensure robust observability for reliable deployments.
